Andrew diagnosed and replaced the battery in my old iPhone 6s for $20 total, parts and labor, even though replacing such an old model would be rare. He spent more than an hour on me and even answered my emergency text in the middle of the night when I brought him a replacement battery due to an emergency I had that required my phone functional immediately. He's a lifesaver, highly recommend, and the phone works great a week after.
